The GW4-12, GW4-15, GW4-24 models of outdoor AC high-voltage disconnectors are double-pole, three-phase, 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear. They are used in power systems with voltages ranging from 10kV to 110kV for switching circuits under voltage-without-load conditions and for electrically isolating high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment under maintenance from live high-voltage lines. Among them, the anti-pollution type disconnectors can meet the needs of users in heavily polluted areas and effectively solve the problem of pollution flashover during operation. When combined with CJ2, CJ5, CJ6, and CJ11 series electric operating mechanisms, the GW4 series is suitable for remote switching requirements in power systems and electrified railways. Rated current: 200A ~ 4000A.
Classified by the presence of earthing switches: non-earthed, single-earthed (left-earthed and right-earthed), and double-earthed.
Earthing switches are further classified into Type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ based on their short-circuit current withstand capacity.
Classified by application area: standard type, anti-pollution type, pollution-resistant type, and plateau type.
This series of products complies with all requirements of relevant national standards and IEC standards. They have excellent anti-seismic performance and can meet the requirements of seismic intensity up to 9 degrees.
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m; plateau type not exceeding 4000m.
Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +40℃.
Wind speed: Not greater than 35m/s.
Seismic intensity: 8 degrees.
Ice thickness: ≤10mm.
Pollution-resistant products are suitable for polluted areas.
Not suitable for locations with flammable substances, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations.
Note: If the above environmental conditions cannot meet the usage requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
