The ZW32-12F outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the sectionalizing circuit breaker) is a new product independently developed by our company. It is a multi-functional intelligent device integrating a vacuum circuit breaker, a sectionalizing circuit breaker, and a sectionizer.
Its main configuration includes three components: the vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker body, the intelligent sectionalizing controller, and the external voltage transformer (Note: Dual-side PT is optional for distribution automation ring network lines). The product is widely applied in 10kV overhead ring network lines of urban and rural distribution networks, functioning as sectional isolating switches, interconnection switches, and automated switching devices for load distribution in ring network lines. In branch lines supplying large users, it can serve as a sectionalizing switch (commonly called a "watchdog"), and in feeder overhead distribution networks, it acts as a sectionalizing circuit breaker and sectionizer.
The vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker is equipped with a remote management mode, protection control functions, and communication capabilities. It can reliably detect and determine internal safety-level zero-sequence currents and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault currents, and automatically isolate single-phase grounding faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults.
