The GCK series low-voltage draw-out switchgear cabinets (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear equipment") are applicable to the rated working voltage of 380V, AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems. Product Overview
The GCK series low-voltage draw-out switchgear cabinets (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear equipment") are applicable to the rated working voltage of 380V, AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems. They are used for power reception, power feeding, reactive power compensation, power metering, lighting, and centralized control of motors in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings in the power system.
This product complies with the standards of GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage draw-out switchgear", and IEC60439.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies".
Structural Features:
The basic frame of GCK is of a combined and assembled structure. All structural parts of the frame have been galvanized and sprayed. They are connected to each other by screws to form the basic frame. Then, according to needs, parts such as doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, and electrical components are added to assemble a complete control center cabinet. This cabinet has the following structural features.
Cabinet Frame
The cabinet frame is locally assembled with C-shaped profiles. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
● The forming dimensions, opening dimensions, and equipment intervals of the components are modularized. (Modular size E = 20mm, the same below).
● The internal structural parts are galvanized. The exterior is phosphated and then electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder.
● The cabinet frame is divided into three isolated compartments: the busbar chamber, the functional unit chamber, and the cable chamber, which can prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate live maintenance.
Functional Unit (Drawer Part)
Functional units: power feeding unit, motor unit, common power supply unit
● The height module of the drawer unit is 200mm, divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units, 2.5 units, 3 units.
● Six size series. The rated current of the unit circuit is below 630A.
● Each MCC cabinet can install a maximum of 9 one-unit drawers or 18 1/2 - unit drawers.
● The door panel of the compartment is mechanically interlocked with the drawer by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closed position, the drawer cannot be pulled out.
● The operating mechanism of the main switch can be locked in the closed or open position with a padlock, allowing for safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
● The back of the functional unit is equipped with main circuit incoming and outgoing line plugs, auxiliary circuit secondary plugs, and a grounding plug.
● The grounding plug ensures the continuity of the protection circuit when the drawer is in the separated test connection position.
● The functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.
● The shutter in the compartment automatically opens and closes as the drawer is pushed in and pulled out, preventing access to the vertical busbar in the compartment.
● The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism with a three-position function, which is simple and reliable to operate.
Busbar System
● The vertical busbar is enclosed with a polycarbonate engineering plastic housing.
● The GCK and GCL busbar systems adopt a three - phase four - wire system and a three - phase five - wire system. The horizontal busbar is installed on the top of the cabinet. The N line and PE line can be installed either on the top of the cabinet or at the bottom of the cabinet.
● The three - phase horizontal busbar is made of copper busbar, which has high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation. The horizontal copper busbar of the switchgear is selected.
