The KYV-11/630-20/25 high-voltage switch body is a vacuum circuit breaker dedicated to 11kV SF6 gas-insulated switchgear. The switch adopts a clamping plate structure and has advantages such as reliable breaking performance, long service life, maintenance-free, and convenient installation.
The KYV-11/630-20/25 vacuum circuit breaker is applied to the KGC-11(V)/630-20/25 type gas-insulated switchgear or other similar types of SF6 gas-insulated switchgear. As a main component of the gas-insulated switchgear, it has the performance of switching rated current and load current, closing and breaking short-circuit current.
Use of environmental conditions
Environmental temperature: Maximum temperature: +50℃; Minimum temperature: -40℃;
Environmental humidity: The average relative humidity within 24 hours does not exceed 95%; the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
Installation environment: The surrounding air has no explosive and corrosive gases, and the installation site has no severe vibration and shock;
Seismic intensity: 9 degrees;
Rated relative pressure of SF6 gas: 0.04MPa. The SF6 gas complies with the requirements of GB/T12022 - 2014 "Industrial Sulfur Hexafluoride".

Technical requirements:
1. The total stroke of the vacuum circuit breaker is 11 ± 1mm, and the over-travel is 2.5 ± 0.5mm;
2. The contact pressure of the moving contact of the three-position switch is 260 ± 20N (internally controlled at 260 + 10N) and it has an adjustable structure.
