Operating Environment
1. Altitude: ≤ 4000m (When the equipment operates at an altitude above 1000m, please specify it specially so that the inflation pressure can be adjusted during manufacturing).
2. Ambient temperature: Maximum air temperature: +55℃; Minimum air temperature: -25℃; The average air temperature within 24h does not exceed 35℃.
3. Ambient humidity: The average relative humidity within 24h does not exceed 95%; The average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
4. Installation environment: The surrounding air has no explosive and corrosive gases. The installation site has no severe vibration and shock, and the pollution level does not exceed Class C in GB/T 26218.1.

Structural Features
The outdoor ring main unit is composed of the KGC series gas-insulated switchgear with a fully insulated and fully sealed structure and an outdoor enclosure. The outdoor enclosure has strong corrosion resistance; there are no surface fasteners for disassembly, ensuring good anti-theft performance. It has an IP43 protection rating, providing strong rainproof performance.
The top cover is designed as an air sandwich double-layer structure. The outer layer has a drainage slope and is equipped with ventilation openings; the air inlets are located at the bottom and side of the enclosure, and detachable dust filters are provided. An upward air convection is formed inside the enclosure, giving the enclosure good heat insulation and ventilation effects.
The enclosure has a sealed floor at the cable inlet to prevent moisture in the cable trench from entering; there are sealing strips at the contact points between the door and the enclosure. After opening, there is a windproof device to facilitate fixing the door during operation. The door lock has a rainproof structure.
The switchgear inside the enclosure has been installed and tested properly before leaving the factory. After being transported to the site, only the enclosure needs to be hoisted to the required position. The installation is simple and it occupies a small area.
Material Types
The material of the outdoor enclosure can be designed as required. Common types include:
Stainless steel enclosure - Made of stainless steel, with the conventional powder coating color of State Grid green, and other colors are available.
Landscape enclosure - Made of stainless steel, with landscape wood filaments embedded around the enclosure, and the powder coating color is optional.
GRC enclosure - A non-metallic enclosure, made by casting cement mortar with special cement, glass fiber and other materials.
KGC Series Switchgear
1. Through the control of the mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, the operation fully achieves the following five interlocking functions: prevent incorrect opening and closing of circuit breakers/load switches; prevent opening and closing of disconnectors under load; prevent closing of earthing switches when live; prevent closing of circuit breakers/load switches/disconnectors with the earthing switch closed; prevent entry into live compartments.
2. The primary live parts (main busbars) and the switch body of the KGC series switchgear are sealed in a gas box welded from stainless steel plates. The main circuit is connected to the outside through bushings installed on the gas box that meet the DIN47636 standard. It can be connected to the incoming and outgoing line cables through fully insulated and fully shielded separable connectors. The protection rating of the gas box reaches IP67. The inside of the gas box is not affected by the external environment, and it has short-term flood resistance and anti-condensation functions.
3. The KGC series switchgear can be combined into a common box non-expandable fixed ring main switchgear through various standard unit modules (in the same SF6 insulated gas box, up to 6 units can be in the same box), or different modules can be combined and designed into expandable units. Through special fully insulated and fully shielded busbar connectors, various combinations can be achieved, achieving full modularization, which can maximize the needs of different regions, different forms, and different customers, providing diverse power supply and distribution design solutions.

Installation Dimension Diagram

Instructions:
1. The brick wall is constructed with M5 cement mortar, and the inner side and the outer side above the ground are plastered with 1:2.5 cement mortar.
2. When the bottom layer is below the groundwater level, waterproof treatment shall be carried out; otherwise, seepage treatment shall be carried out.
3. The lintel is made of Ф6 steel bars and C20 concrete.
4. After the 10# channel steel base is processed, assembled and welded, anti-corrosion treatment shall be carried out (the user determines the anti-corrosion method).
5. The 10# channel steel base is placed at the foundation notch and fixed with tie bars and concrete.
